“On-boarding” can provide a high degree of probability that the select candidate successfully assimilates into a company’s culture, and is effective in the new position. A framework is developed to guide the process to ensure that the new hire and the organization are aligned during the early, critical first year of the new role. Bench International tailors the process to be specific for each case and requires regular communication among all parties: the new employee, the hiring manager(s), and Human Resources. The process includes regular coaching sessions between Bench International and the new hire, and extends to meetings and calls with the hiring manager and the Human Resources executive.
